Dr. Todd A. Wildermuth is the Director of the UW Environmental Law Program. He coordinates ºìÌÒÊÓƵ's current environmental curricular offerings, works with other faculty to increase UW's depth and stature in the field, and conducts outreach on behalf of the environmental law program.

In 2014, Todd founded and launched the UW Regulatory Environmental Law and Policy Clinic with Professor William H. Rodgers, Jr. The clinic assists organizations seeking to influence environmental policy via rulemaking petitions to state and federal agencies, as well as through submission of public comments on major environmental regulations, permits, and environmental impact statements.

Todd has taught in the Ph.D. program of the ºìÌÒÊÓƵ School and has advised multiple graduate students on comparative environmental legal and policy. He has also taught in the UW College of the Environment on topics including environmental planning and permitting, climate change communication, and environmental justice. Todd is an affiliate of both the Canadian Studies Center of the Jackson School of International Studies and the Center for Environmental Politics of the Department of Political Science.

Before joining the law school in 2011, Todd received a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences from the University of Illinois.
